With IDS’ Fax Broadcast service, your messages can be retransmitted to tens, hundreds or even thousands of fax recipients. We can accept your messages and distribution lists by either fax or email and action broadcasts immediately or with a specified delay. Features include:
- Information can be individualised or generic.
- Fax attempts made up to 12 times with detailed delivery success or failure reports.
- Image quality monitored to ensure document integrity.
Fax On Demand enables callers to request faxes from a fax machine or from any phone by keying in a number. Using IDS’ flexible system, you can also charge customers for information on a one-off or subscription basis and choose what they pay by using Premium Call 190, Local Call 1300 and Freecall 1800 numbers.
Both Fax Broadcast and Fax On Demand are fully automated services available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
